Yellowstone Bourbon Wh**ky Dry Aged Steak Reveal

Dry ageing isn’t just about ageing a steak — it’s about concentrating flavour and transforming the meat.

As the beef rests in our dry ager, naturally occurring enzymes slowly break down the muscle fibres and connective tissue, creating a steak that’s incredibly tender with a deeper, richer beef flavour.

We take it another step by basting the beef with Yellowstone Bourbon Wh**ky throughout the ageing process, adding another layer of bold, oaky bourbon character to the finished steak.

The result? Deep beef flavour, incredible tenderness and a hit of Yellowstone Bourbon in every cut.
