Thanks so much to Daniel and the team for hosting us for a visit last Friday.
A tour of the cheese rooms, some tastings, a farm tour and, most importantly, hearing directly from Daniel on his ethos on organic farming and the criticality of establishing a 'Taste of Place'.

Manchego, the classic sheep's milk cheese from Spain, is such a big hit right now that we've extended the range!
One of those extensions is Sheep's milk cheese with Rosemary. Rosemary is pressed on the surface of the cheese resulting in a fragrant, grassy palate.
Available in full wheels of 3ish kgs, like this one, or in cut portions. Delicious, but different.

On cold nights it's perfect to sit around the fire and have a....cigar?!? Perhaps a solid chocolate one from Venchi Ital...
