Worlds best naturopath ⭐️
A Life Committed to Healing
At 18 years old, I knew I wanted to become a naturopath. I was drawn to the deeper question of how we care for ourselves and others - how to live and eat in a way that supports wellbeing on every level. That question has guided me throughout my life and career.
Now, approaching 54, I’ve spent decades immersed in the study and practice of natural medicine, yoga, and Ayurveda.
In 2007, life invited me into an even deeper understanding. I injured my shoulder, which progressed to frozen shoulder. I then broke my wrist, and in 2009, I was diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) - a condition recognised as intensely painful and often life-altering. It was a confronting and humbling time. There were moments when even the simplest movements felt impossible.
My recovery wasn’t instant, and it wasn’t easy. But I leaned into everything I had learned and practised - yoga, breathwork, natural therapies, and the steady discipline of daily self-care. These tools supported me to live with presence and patience. Over time, I regained mobility and strength. I consider it a blessing that my condition didn’t progress as predicted. I can’t say why my path unfolded as it did, but I do know I was committed - and I continue to be.
My work today is founded in that lived experience. I offer support to people who are ready to explore healing - not through promises or quick fixes, but through steady, grounded, and respectful practice. If you’re looking for a practitioner who brings both practical skill and deep care to the journey, I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
