Freeze-drying removes moisture while helping retain that beautiful flavour and giving the fruit its light, crunchy texture.

Then, of course, we make it even better…

Some people see blackberries as a w**d.

We see chocolate potential. 😉

Yes, they grow wild. Yes, they have a habit of taking over. But they’re also bursting with that beautiful sweet-tart berry flavour that becomes even better when freeze-dried and coated in smooth chocolate.

Wild, fruity, crunchy and delicious — we think blackberries deserve a little more appreciation.

Especially when they’re covered in chocolate.
