Welcoming two local Blue Mountains suppliers to Bluegum Pantry, Lawson 👏 We now stock Bob's Brittle and Conscious Flow Dressings

Bob’s Brittle by Robbie in Valley Heights makes small batch nut brittle in flavours including macadamia, hazelnut and wattleseed. They’re crunchy, sweet and very hard to stop picking at 😋

Conscious Flow is a creation of the talented Marco at Wenworth Falls. His locally made dressings, sauces and pickled fennel are amazing. They include a Soy Mirin Dressing, Sweet Chilli Sauce and Caramelised Tamarind Dressing 🌱

Always nice supporting good local people making genuinely good products.

Gluten free friends 🌿 try our Bluegum deli rolls, GF slices and gelato.

We carry a range of gluten free products at Bluegum Pantry, and only keep gluten free flavours in our open gelato display to help avoid cross contamination.

For gluten free deli rolls, we also use a separate purple chopping board and open fresh ingredients as required.

We’re always open to ideas on how we can improve our processes, so come and try us and let us know what’s worked for you elsewhere.

Cooler weather 🤝 toasted deli rolls

You can now have your favourite Bluegum deli roll toasted warm for the cooler months

Crisp on the outside, warm through the middle and finished afterwards with fresh salad leaves 🥪

If you want something more simple, we do a delicious ham and cheese toastie in sourdough, with or without relish 😋

Many locals may already know Dani from Marshmallow Club from the Lawson markets. We now have her beautiful products in store at Bluegum Pantry 🌿

She hand delivered her product to us this week and we had a great chat. She’s just an amazing woman, and her Marshmallow Club creations are every bit as joyful as she is.

Handmade in the Blue Mountains, with beautiful treats from classic marshmallows to fairy bread waffle sandwiches.
