The 1st day of spring calls for an easy afternoon with good company. If you are hosting a casual get-together with friends this week, keep the catering simple and let the dairy do the heavy lifting. Pick up a selection of our handmade cheeses, a bottle of Bass River Dairies fresh milk for the table, and some crusty bread. Good food shared around the table does not need to be complicated.
