Cabbages are in full bloom and as we have had a few frosty mornings they are sweet as. We have been making speck & cabbage risotto, miso goguchang & butter roasted pointy, okonomiyake or simply steamed with butter. Pick your colour and texture : purple, warrior, pointy or savoy, it’s the vogue vegetable of the year! See you Tuesday 3pm.
