an is carrying on the butcher tradition that has ran through many generations of the Muller family. Wursthutte specialises in providing a complete range of quality trimmed meats and poultry, a selection of ready cooked meals, pan ready value added meals, Australian and Continental smallgoods, vacuum packaging to aged prime beef. Smallgoods have always been produced on the premises and for many years were supplied to many of the largest Hotels around Melbourne and to some extent interstate as well. Werner’s smallgoods are still in high demand but is now only being made available to our customers from our retail outlet.
