🔪 Meet Toa! 👋

I’ve been lucky enough to call Manjimup home for the past 12 years. I started my apprenticeship in the butchering industry in late 2022 at just 14 years old. I just fell in love with the trade. I really enjoy creating new products, learning different techniques, and building my skills on the block every single day.

After years of hard work, I’m proud to say that I officially became a fully qualified butcher in May this year! It’s been an incredible journey, and I’m excited to keep learning and creating even more for our customers.

One of my favourite creations is our Sweet Turkish Lamb Koftas. They’ve become a popular favourite, and I love hearing what everyone thinks of them.
