Main course for some very lucky guests at Seafire Beach House. ✨

Panko and herb-crusted King George whiting alongside a perfectly cooked medium-rare scotch fillet, topped with homemade hollandaise sauce. Served with creamy fondant potato, seasonal vegetables, fresh salad, and seeded mustard & garlic Turkish bread. Absolutely mouth watering perfection… mmm mmm. 🤤
