Whole Beast Butchery specialises in artisan butchery where all meat is cut to order to your specification. We stock whole carcasses of lamb, pork and beef which are expertly dry aged in house to ensure the highest quality produce. All our meat is free-range and grass fed. Everything from the carcass is available to customers as well as special requests. Your local butcher Marcus is more than happy

to not only assist you with high quality meat, but also cooking advice and recommendations. There is also a variety of smallgoods made in-house from high quality ingredients and no preservatives.
