Started by Lloyd Ellis and his sons in 1954, owned and operated by Ian and Emma Shaw since 2003. Currently owned by Rihann Koekemoer with Ian Shaw as head butcher. Ellis Butchers lies at the heart of the Fleurieu Peninsula's rich food culture. The McLaren Vale region is home to some of South Australia's most renowned restaurants. We are proud to be part of the Fleurieu community and work hand-in-hand with local farmers to source as much locally as we can.
