Megalong Fermented We are a family business that are using Certified organic and/or spray free local produce to make handcrafted Sauerkraut with healthy live cultures.

Megalong Fermented is a part of Megalong Grown - a small family business based in the beautiful Megalong in the Blue Mountains. The produce we use is Organically Certified produce and/or our own vegetables. We make our sauerkraut without using any electrical machines and we ferment the cabbage in ceramic urns for a minimum of two weeks (depending on the temperature around). The sauerkraut we make
