A look behind the scenes of Lucia’s pasta sauce tasting at Victoria Fruit Palace. From cooking the pasta just right and setting up the display to showcasing the rich flavours and quality ingredients that make Lucia’s sauces a pantry favourite, it was a wonderful afternoon of celebrating authentic Italian-inspired cooking.
