🌶️ CHILLI & GARLIC FARFALLE WITH PRAWNS, LEMON & PANGRATTATO

Some pasta dishes whisper.
This one arrives loud, sun-kissed, and talking with its hands. Very Italian behaviour.

Our Pasta Ragazzi! Chilli & Garlic Farfalle already brings a gentle warmth, so we paired it with sweet prawns, fresh lemon, parsley, and crispy pangrattato for a dish that tastes like summer by the coast.

✨ What you’ll need:
🍝 250g Pasta Ragazzi! Chilli & Garlic Farfalle
🍤 300g fresh prawns
🧄 Garlic
🍋 Lemon zest & juice
🌿 Parsley
🥖 Breadcrumbs
🫒 Extra virgin olive oil

Cook the pasta until perfectly al dente, toast the breadcrumbs until golden, then bring it all together with garlic, prawns, lemon and a splash of pasta water. Finish with crispy pangrattato and cracked pepper.

Simple ingredients. Big flavour.
The kind of pasta dish where everyone suddenly wants “just one more bowl.”
