Biography

Sandra is an avid cook, natural/organic food lover, knowledge-seeker & Mother of three beautiful daughters. Sandra cooks with Love & Passion. Sandra Parker is an Entrepreneur and owner/operator of El Rancho Kitchen which produces 100% Natural preserves. Our product range includes Jams, Marmalades, Relishes and Chutneys, Fruit butter and paste and Homemade Granola. Sandra has a Nursing b

ackground and has held different positions in various Hospitals including working as a Physiotherapy assistant. Sandra's passion for natural wholesome products stems from her many years working as nurse and educating clients about switching to more healthier eating habits. Sandra also has a Diploma in Community Services. Sandra has participated in various seminars, workshops and mentorship programs. Sandra inspiration is the icon Australian cook, food author, restaurateur and food manufacturer Maggie Beer. Sandra is passionate about her work and is constantly in pursuit of knowledge and research to improve her products. She continues with further training to improve her skills and capture amazing flavours in a jar. Sandra has a Certificate of Registration (Food Act,1984) Class 3 and she is currently undertaking a Food Handlers Certificate.
