As we closed the doors to our beloved family butcher shop, we wanted to express our deepest gratitude for the outpouring of love and support over the last 18 years.
Aus Tendercuts was more than just a business – it was a labour of love, a family dream woven from Dad's passion for butchery, and Mum's warm hospitality.
Every moment, every interaction and every smile shared with you has been etched in our hearts. Our shop was a neighbourhood haven where friendships blossomed, memories were crafted, and laughter echoed. We were blessed to have such an incredible community behind us.
Dad (Johnny) was the heartbeat of our shop, and Mum (Dianne) was the warmth that welcomed you all in. My brothers Shannon and Jordan, and I grew up behind the counter, learning from the best. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to work alongside both my parents, learning the ins and outs of running a business and creating memories that I'll treasure forever. It's a blessing to have had this time together, and I'm grateful for the lessons I've learned and the love we've shared.
Even our extended family became part of the team. It's where I met my husband Richy, him, and Dad bonding over their love for music, footy, and trading butcher skills.
After Dad's passing, we poured our hearts into keeping his legacy alive, striving to maintain the high standards he set.
Though the shop didn't feel the same without Dad's infectious laughter and unwavering dedication, we're grateful for the time we had to make him proud.
Your loyalty, support, and friendly chats have humbled us, and we're thankful for every moment we've shared.
We'll deeply miss our regulars, the early morning chats, and the sense of community that made our shop so special. Thank you for being part of our journey. With love and heartfelt appreciation
