We are a Hot Food Vendor of a large selection of GOURMET SAUSAGES, Cheese Kransky, Hot Meat Roasts, Beef Burgers and other meat based Hot Foods at Festivals, Shows, Markets, Events and Functions. We are a small family owned farm, using chemical free, all natural farming practices. All meat from our livestock is made into a hot food product and cooked by us at Festivals, Shows, Events and Private Functions.

To all our valued customers, we would like to let you know that Gippsland Gourmet Sausages has ceased business. We have sold our food van and have decided it was time for us to call it a day and will no longer be selling Hot Food at markets and events. Thank you for your custom over the past 12 years of business. Stay safe everyone and although you will not find us selling hot food, keep your eyes open as we are still around selling at local markets. Maria and Jeff

It's been 7 months since our last event and posting on facebook. We just wanted to say we are still here and like many others, Covid has put a halt to our business and it looks like it may be many more months before festivals and events will be held. Stay safe everyone and we hope to see you all in a few more months.

Seafood Festival in Mallacoota postponed till Sept due to the virus situation. We will see you all in Sept.

-WILD HARVEST SEAFOOD FESTIVAL 2020-
With the health and safety of Mallacoota’s residents and visitors at the forefront, organisers of the Wild Harvest Seafood Festival will be re-scheduling the festival’s events for the Victorian long weekend of September 25-27, 2020.
We hope that you will all be able to join us on this new date for all the same events, activities, and of course, all the best seafood Australia has to offer!
