To the Mums out there that are shaping those around them to be better, loved, nurturing, appreciated, protected and safe, today is for you.

Mums come in all different forms, whether you find yourself as the direct mother, the step mother, the grandmother, the single mother, the single father, the fill in mother, the mother in memories, the neighbour who inherits the blocks kiddies, it doesn't really matter, today is to show that you are seen.

Although a mother's duties are a full time role, day and night, we celebrate today, although it goes mostly unnoticed and under appreciated, you guys show up, never whinge and never expect things in return. Your programming is different, your intentions always pure, and executed with love in your heart.

My personal experience has altered, from transitioning from my own Mum becoming my best friend, and my partner going from my best friend into my idol, you guys are making me strive to be the best version of myself I can be.

That's the power of a Mum.

🌺Tuesday onwards all back to 7am - 7pm

Now more than ever, the savings you can make in store is more dire. You will find close to 1500 specials across the entire store, displaying true weekly value and additional funds to be saved.

With the chaos happening around the world and delivery levy's increasing across the numerous suppliers, it is only natural, and depressing enough, to assume some costs of goods will be increasing.

I will be monitoring these each and every invoice we receive and adjusting prices accordingly, whether they are going up or down, they will be manually processed by myself. I will be showing full transparency reflecting these and am absolutely an open book, happy to go through any of my paperwork to justify these changes.

Only thing I ask for in return, please, ask for myself before chipping any staff, these guys are the foundation of the business, amazing people and like yourself, are customers who also face paying the bit extra at any store they choose to shop at.

This is not an Ashcrofts issue, or even a food and grocery industry issue, this will be effecting everyone, whether you are buying or selling livestock, tyres, clothing, online etc etc, fuel and deliveries make all of these happen.

With uncertain times ahead and pressure continuing to mount, some relief has been offered at the bowser, but in the larger scale of things, is only a band-aid.

Sustainability over profitability, please support your small local businesses.
