Today we’re celebrating one of the newest members of the Lawson’s Butchery team!

From the moment Hayley joined us, she has fit right in with all the craziness that comes with working in our shop. Whether it’s helping customers, supporting the team, or jumping in wherever needed, she has been an incredible help and a great addition to the Lawson’s family.

We’ve jumped on board with the Hind Quarter Challenge, and check out Ivan (or Isaac, depending on who you ask! 😄) absolutely smashing it out!

The skill, care and attention to detail that goes into breaking down a hind quarter is no small task, and he did an outstanding job. What impresses us most is the pride he takes in his work every single day.

We’re lucky to have such a dedicated young butcher as part of the Lawson’s team. Great work, Ivan! 👏🔪🥩
