Headed up by the original owner of the world famous 'Christie's Seafood' of the Sydney Fish Markets. Our mission, is to offer you, our valued customer the best available oyster at all times. Whilst our first preference is to always offer our own Hawkesbury River product there are occasions when this is not possible mainly due to our own stringent quality control programme which requires that we cl

ose all harvest areas when regular water sampling dictates that safe food levels have been exceeded. Our next preference is product from other local NSW growing areas, such as Camdon Haven, and Lemon Tree Passage to the north or Wonboyne Lake, Merrimbula, The Clyde, and the Crookhaven rivers to the south. Whatever oyster we are offering, we greatly appreciate your feedback.
