They have been flavoured with Rosemary and Lemon oil, but you could use fresh herbs or fruit instead… or Lime and Black Pepper Oil or whatever substitution you prefer! The options are endless 🙌

Asian H**p Oil Salad Dressing

1/3 cup Vitah**p H**p Seed Oil
3.5 Tbsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1.5 tsp fresh grated peeled ginger
Salt and pepper, to taste

1. Whisk all ingredients together until fully combined and let sit for an hour.
2. Shake well and drizzle onto salad.

Wake Up to Waffles’ pancakes are protein packed, fluffy & have just the right amount of sweetness!

1/2 cup almond milk
1 & 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/4 cup h**p protein powder
1/4 cup oat flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond milk, flaxseed, and maple syrup.
2. Stir in protein powder.
3. Stir in oat flour, baking powder and salt until there are no clumps.
4. Melt coconut oil and pour into batter.
5. Heat some oil in a medium pan over medium-low heat.
6. Pour 1/4 – 1/3 cup batter into pan.
7. When bubbles start to form in the centre of the batter, flip pancake.
8. Once other side is cooked through (should only take 20-30 seconds), the pancake is ready. Add to a plate & repeat step with remaining batter.
9. Serve with desired toppings. Melted dark chocolate and fruit are delicious.

Not all heroes wear capes. Sometimes they appear in the form of tiny cream-coloured seeds!

Unlike many other plants, every part of the H**p plant (including the stems and roots) can be used.

This makes h**p a super sustainable, no waste, great for the environment crop 😍

Whip up this Peanut Butter and H**p Protein Bar recipe by Panaceas pantry. It's more like a fudge, but still quick and delicious!

375g (1 jar) smooth natural peanut butter
1/2 cup melted virgin coconut oil
75g maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup plant based protein powder (vanilla or plain)
1/3 cup of h**p hearts
100g 70-90% dark chocolate, divided
1 tbsp peanut butter
Sea salt flakes to garnish - optional

1. Lightly grease and line a small tin with baking paper and set aside. Ensure there is an overhang of baking paper for easy removal.
2. Add the peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Spend a couple of minutes whisking it all together until it is thick and creamy.
3. Add protein powder and h**p seeds and combine until completely uniform and smooth.
4. Roughly chop the dark chocolate and add a quarter to the mixture and fold through.
5. Pour the mixture into your lined tray, using a spoon to spread it around into an even bar. Put in freezer for an hour to set.
6. Add the remaining dark chocolate and reserved tbsp of peanut butter to a heat proof bowl. Melt over saucepan with boiling water (bowl should not be touching the water). Reduce heat to a simmer to gently melt.
7. Pour melted chocolate over base (once it has cooled) and spread evenly, then place in the fridge for 2+ hours to set.
8. Garnish with sea salt flakes.
