Robbie and John (Bingie Beef) have teamed up once again to help keep our shelves stocked with plenty of fresh, local, grass-fed beef. Alongside Charlie’s top-quality beef (Larry’s Mountain), we’re spoiled for choice when it comes to supporting local farmers and bringing you the good stuff.

So if you’ve noticed the cabinet looking extra full lately, now you know why! More local beef, more choice, and the same quality you’ve come to expect.

Between taxiing the kids around to sports, coaching multiple nights a week and being flat out in the shop, it’s really “chopping” into our Facebook posting schedule 😂🥩

While we’ve been busy cutting, slicing and serving, we’ve also been cooking up a couple of new goodies for you to try 👀

🐑 Marinated Honey Mint & Rosemary Lamb shanks for the cooler nights

They’re fresh, tasty, and honestly too good not to post about… eventually 😅

Check this out!! Butcher Bob has come up with 2 new gourmet sausage flavours to add to our sausage range. Smokey Pork + Honey and Mexican Jalapeno + cheese, beef snag!! Come in and grab some before we run out. Will make more over the weekend. The cooks will have some ready for tasting from 11am .
