You may have seen FLORA Kefir at our market 👀

But what IS water kefir? 🤷‍♀️

Water kefir is a fermented beverage not too dissimilar from kombucha!

Kefir is fermented with live "grains" that are actually a symbiotic partnership between beneficial yeast and bacteria!

Added to water and fruit juice, these grains feed on and metabolise natural sugars, creating a bubbling and delicious drink that is low in sugar and full of gut-supporting probiotics!

You can find FLORA at AHFM every week, where you can learn all things kefir and taste some for yourself!

Tomorrow is day one of the Push Up Challenge 💪

The challenge is all about raising awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

Did you know Australian farmers face a mental health crisis, experiencing significantly higher rates of depression and anxiety than the general public?

This year, AHFM staff member Maddy will be completing the Push Up challenge to raise funds for . Lifeline provides free online crisis support that aims to help keep all Australians (including those rural and remote) safe and connected.
