What a fantastic market day! 💛

Despite a last-minute venue change thanks to a very soggy Hydro Park, a little bit of market stall Tetris, and some creative thinking to fit everyone in, today’s market was absolutely buzzing with people, colour and community spirit.

The sun came out, Charlie Brown provided the tunes, and it was a nice throwback seeing market stalls lining Hollonds Street again. 😊

A big thank you to our amazing stallholders for their flexibility, patience and positivity as we navigated the change of plans. And thank you to everyone who came along, shopped local, grabbed something delicious to eat and helped create such a vibrant atmosphere.

If there's one thing we've learned, it's that a little rain can't stop a good market!

We'll see you all again next month. 🌿

Every year before the season kicks off, we do a big clean-out of the boot room to make space for the new stock arriving.

The upside for you? Some pretty incredible savings on brand-new ski boots.

If you've been making do with a pair that's seen better days, you've got kids who have outgrown last year's boots, or you're just looking for a bargain, this is a great chance to get sorted as the seasons kicks off.

While the forecast is looking beautiful, Hydro Park is unfortunately looking a little too soggy after the recent rain. Rather than risk turning our lovely park into a mud pit, we've made the call to move this Saturday's market to the Mount Beauty Community Centre.

The good news? We've still got an absolutely fantastic market lined up! 🙌

Expect fresh local produce, plants, flowers, handmade ceramics, beautiful jewellery, natural skincare, clothing, photography, artwork, crystals, homewares, handmade gifts and so much more.

And can we talk about the food for a minute? 🤤

🥞 Crepe Collective will be joining us with their delicious, hot crepes.
🥐 Tawonga Baker will be back with their incredible sourdough, croissants and pastries.
🍪 My D Creations will have homemade bagels, cookies and baked treats.
🍫 And you can stock up on rocky road, chocolates, brittles and other sweet temptations from The Chocolate Man.
🌿 We're also excited to welcome Highland Kitchen Co, bringing their small-batch Jamu (a traditional turmeric and ginger tonic), along with nut butters, protein balls and bars.

Honestly, if you leave hungry, that's on you. 😆

Despite the rain, we were also pretty excited to unveil our brand new Mount Beauty Market banner today, made possible thanks to funding from Alpine Shire Council. Keep an eye out for some new market flags too - we're slowly adding a few extra touches to make market days even more special. 💛

Market day is TOMORROW! ☀️🌿

We’re back in Hydro Park from 9am–1pm with a great mix of stalls, local makers, live music and all the good vibes.

Plus egg and bacon rolls are back! 🔥 Rotary will be cooking up their famous rolls (plus a sausage sizzle) - hot, fresh and absolutely worth the trip down.

Wander through fresh local produce, sourdough and baked goodies, jams and chutneys, plants, handmade soaps, jewellery, clothing, photography, art, homewares, pet treats and more. Plenty to explore!

Ever thought about having a stall at the market? ✨

Our Saturday, 2 May market is the perfect chance to give it a go, whether you’re a small maker, hobbyist, have an abundance of produce or flowers, your kids have been busy creating, or you just have something you’d love to share.

You don’t need a full set-up to get started. All you really need is:
• Market insurance (you can even purchase cover for just one day - if you need help, send us an email!)
• A small table or set-up to display your goods
• And that’s about it - you don’t even need a marquee

It’s a great, low-pressure way to test out your products, meet people and be part of a really welcoming community atmosphere. Our stall fees are very affordable to make joining our market as easy as possible.

If you’ve been thinking about it, take this as your sign - we’d love to have you join us! 💛

We’re so incredibly proud to have Josh as part of our market community. What he brings each month goes far beyond a stall - it’s connection, kindness and a reminder of what community is all about.

If you haven’t met him yet, make sure you stop by for a chat (and maybe a hug!) next time you’re at the market.

Josh will be back in his usual spot on Saturday, 2 May - we can’t wait to have him with us again.

What a beautiful Easter market we had yesterday! ✨🐣

Perfect weather, an incredible line-up of stalls, hundreds of coffees poured…and of course, a very special visit from our favourite Easter Bunny - part-time comedian, full time chocolate distributor! 🍫😂

We love seeing all of our locals and visitors alike enjoying a day out in the beautiful Hydro Park, and makes all our hard work and early mornings as volunteers absolutely worth it.

Next up, we’ll be back on Saturday, 2 May, and if you’re a stallholder thinking of joining us, now’s the time to sign up!

We’re starting to get close to capacity each month, especially as we head into the cooler months and may need to move indoors.

We’re so excited for this weekend’s market - it’s shaping up to be a beautiful Easter Saturday in Hydro Park!

We’ve got an incredible mix of 35+ stalls lined up. Think fresh local produce, plants, flowers, handmade ceramics, soaps and skincare, jewellery, clothing, vintage treasures, artwork, homewares, chocolates, baked goodies and more. There’s truly something for everyone! 🛍️🌿

Come hungry too…we’ve got coffee flowing, egg and bacon rolls, a sausage sizzle, sweet treats and plenty of delicious bites to enjoy while you wander. ☕🍳🌭

And keep an eye out - you never know when our favourite big-eared friend might make a special appearance… 🐰💛
