I'm so close! 🌶️🔥

I've just made a batch of my crispy chilli oil, and I'm really happy with the flavour. It's bold, crunchy, and seriously tasty... but I think it needs one or two small tweaks before it's ready to go to market.

Because this isn't the final version, I'd rather share it than sell it.

Here's how to get your hands on a jar:

Come along and check out some of our regions finest producers of foods and crafts.
We will be there from 10:00am till 2:00pm, come and say hi!

It's a bit crazy how busy you realise you have been when you sit down and look at all your work!!
We will have 10 fermented sauces and our infused vinegar available for tasting next Sunday at the Coonawarra Market.
Winter seems to be kicking in this week and if you are looking for something to warm you up.... we have something for everyone.
We will be there from 10 till 2pm and hope to see some of our regulars.
