Gum Park Beef Certified Organic farm producing, grass fed and finished Beef and free range, pasture raised pork Gum Park Beef is a family owned and operated farm.

The Paech family has been here for 44 years. Starting off as a dairy farm and changing to a beef operation in the year 2000. In 2010 Trev and Janelle (and now James 10, Torah 7) took over the everyday running of the farm. We have chosen to follow God's leading in our lives and this includes the decisions we make on the farm too. This means we actively listen for His voice and look to see what He i

s doing. We see ourselves as stewards of everything that our Heavenly Father has entrusted to us. Our concern for the health of our family, our farm and our customers has lead us to organic farming. Our goal is to provide our customers with premium quality beef at an affordable price in a sustainable way. In 2012 we started using biodynamic farming methods and in Jan 2014 we had our first inspection to become certified organic/biodynamic with NASAA. We are now in 2021 certified with Southern Cross Certified as an organic producer. Our home farm is 98 hectares of rolling hills on the Fleurieu Peninsula. We are passionate about quality food and being able to supply that to local people. We are seasonal producers and have beef available from December until about April. We have a stall at the Willunga Farmers Market and Parafield Airport Market (we alternate Saturdays between the two) during these months.
