A small hand harvest with family and friends to finish. A much better result than the last few years so oil is a bit more available.
At the end of the day the tired and thirsty raccglitori di olive gathered at the Leccino Bar in the grove for well deserved refreshments.

Harvest done for 2026. Reasonable yield so looking forward to participating in Collie Farmers Market on 13 June.

They won’t fruit until 2028 but then the plan is to produce limited quantities of “Old Grove” varietals.

This is something that has been missing for the last two years. Heavy buds. Probably as a result of aggressive pruning, a wet winter and targeted nutrition. Hopefully pointing to a better crop in 2025.
