GOURMET FOOD HAMPERS from home grown, home made artisan biscuits and preserves. Springview Farm is located in a small hidden suburb of Narre Warren East. Nestled between Lysterfield Lake Park and Cardinia Reservior, at the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges. We are a an operating farm, breeding Hereford Cattle, horses and sheep. For over 20 years, I have been

making Jams, Preserves, Butters and biscuits. I am continually experimenting with new ideas and products. I love good food, real food, food with real flavour! All my products are made on our farm in my (registered)kitchen, by me. The veggie garden has expended since commencing the business as real food starts with real ingredients grown the real way! When you buy my products you know you have bought a jar filled with home grown produce. Springview Farm Gourmet has been operating from many years but only for family and friends. In 2014, it became an official business, but to me...I am still making my favourite products for the people I love. I hope you enjoy them as much as I love making them.

Organic gardening means finding alternative ways to keep the snails and slugs off the seedlings. Beer was hit and miss. Cornflour is great except it’s costly because it keeps raining. So I thought I’d have fun collecting a bucket load. 🤣.

Today feels like spring. The bees are busy collecting pollen, the mud is drying up, the grass is growing and the sun feels delicious. Booking are rolling in and it’s time to prepare for a great season ahead.

Feeling so spoilt today with these beautiful gifts, words and drawings from my Bush Kinder kids at Little Joeys Creche. I’m not a true large scale farmer but I do know from growing up on large farms that it’s hard but rewarding works. Self motivation, inner peace, self reliance play a vital part in being a farmer. Not to mention being a jack of all trades. Akubras off to all the farmers in Australia. We see you and value everything you do.

The egg trick. JACK CLEMENS entertaining me while I feed the animals. Has anyone tried this? Note: The organic free range egg was not wasted….Max enjoyed it!!
