When the weather cools down, it’s hard to beat a homemade pie.

This creamy chicken, leek & bacon pie is made using leftover roast chicken (crispy skin included). It’s rich, comforting and perfect for feeding a crowd.

And instead of throwing away the pastry offcuts, spread on a little chocolate, twist them up and bake for a quick dessert.
