Turn fresh cauliflower into a tangy, crunchy snack!!

Quick pickled cauliflower

• Chop cauliflower into florets
• Heat equal parts vinegar & water with a pinch of sugar and salt
• Pour over cauliflower in a jar
• Let sit at least 1 hour, or refrigerate overnight for extra flavour

Great on salads, charcuterie boards or straight from the jar.

Our capsicums are crisp, colourful, and perfect for adding crunch and nutrition to your family meals. Red, yellow, green - each one brings something special to the table.

Quick tip: Red capsicums are the sweetest and kids love them raw with hummus. Yellow are mild and perfect for stir-fries. Green have that classic capsicum flavour!! (we get it, you have picked it off of a pizza before..)

Fresh strawberries are perfect for making something simple feel special. Sweet, juicy and full of flavour, they work beautifully in both breakfast and dessert. 🍓

Try this easy strawberry compote:
Hull and slice fresh strawberries, then place in a pan with a tablespoon of sugar and a squeeze of lemon juice. Cook gently for 8 to 10 minutes until the strawberries soften and release their juices. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Serve warm or chilled over yoghurt, pancakes, porridge or vanilla ice cream.

Easy weeknight entertaining sorted! 🍅

Our tomatoes are perfect for this 10-minute bruschetta that looks impressive but couldn't be simpler.

What you need:
- 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
- Fresh basil, torn
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Quality olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Crusty bread

Mix tomatoes, basil, garlic, a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic. Season well. Toast your bread, rub with garlic, top with the tomato mix. Done!
