What a night, We travelled down to Melbourne for the National Smallgoods and Sausage Awards. This is the Logies of the Australian Meat industry and we WON 2 categories:

🥇 Smoked Chorizo
🥇 Traditional Pork

Absolutely blown away with the results. This is our 1st ever National Smallgoods Award and 5th national sausage award. Big thanks to and sponsors for putting on a fantastic event.

On the weekend we travelled ✈️ to Tasmania for the National Sausage King Awards. Taking with us our NSW winning, Pork Fennel Chilli and Garlic Sausage.

We’re blown away with the result, taking out first place🥇in Australia in the Continental Category.

This is our 4th National Title in 10 years since taking over the business.

It’s always a great catching up with all the people in our industry. Congratulations to all the other winners on the night.

Bit of a delayed post this one. A few weeks ago we entered the AMIC NSW Sausage Competition. The boys went up and represented the shop while I was away. We are absolutely blown away with the results. On the night we came away with 4 trophies:

🥇Pork Fennel Chilli & Garlic
🥈Thick Aussie Beef
🥈Chicken Curry Coconut
🥉 Peking Duck

We are off to Tasmania in February for the Nationals Titles.
