MEET TRACEY FROM MOUNTAIN MEATS - Tracey and her husband Paul decided to venture out by starting up a small butcher shop in the heart of Winmalee, in the lower Blue Mountains. With only one butcher and one shop assistant and next to no free time, the brand was born. Mountain Meats is passionate about providing fresh, local and good tasting meat to the Orange Farmers Markets. You can find Tracey and Paul there this Saturday from 8.30am to midday at the Showground.
