Hi All
Well I am hoping to be at the Longwarry Market this Sunday 3rd May but I an concerned with the weather forecast – 20 degrees, 87% chance of rain plus wind!! No fun for any of us but we must remember that this is Melbourne and “things” can change so will decide much nearer/on the day.
I have been busy making some new stock
Marmalade – new seasons mixed citrus
Pink Grapefruit Curd/Butter
I also now have limited
Feijoas
Cooking Apples – I also have some preserved jars of these & Pears
Passionfruit – last of season
Tomatoes – yellow pears & red tommy toes
A suggestion for Mothers Day is the triple packs – there is a choice of
Jams
Savory
Curds/Butter
We have a large vegie garden & many fruit trees so I am able to incorporate fresh homegrown produce in most of my preserves.
there are also a wide variety of vegies in small quantities.
Any enquires are welcome - I am able to be contacted any time.

Hi All
Isn’t this time of the year wonderful!!
It is so busy with all the harvesting and preserving to do. It has been a very “different” season - very dry and everything is ripening very late!! Some things are just not “behaving” like they should eg zucchinis – usually they are in abundance but this year ours are only just happening!!
I have been preparing a few new ideas!!
I have a new recipes for
Rhubarb Relish
Green Tomato Chutney
Plus I have added new
Triple Packs of
A - Mixed Savory Packs – 3
B - Mixed Varieties of Jams
I have also made small Jugs/Jars of Salad Vinegar.
Any of these are great “Non Chocolate” Easter gifts !!??
I will also have some Fresh Produce at Tooradin Market on Sunday 15th.
Passionfruit
Tomatoes
Round Zucchinis
Please also be aware that anything I have can be ordered anytime – Fresh Produce or Preserves.
I do have a wide variety of vegies, herbs & fruit a lot of which I use in my preserves & cooking but you may purchased if required. All enquires are welcome!!
I am looking forward to a lovely day on Sunday !!!
