Its citrus season and I am hankering for a tangy pomelo salad so this menu we are off to Vietnam where salads are an artform. There is a poached chicken and sesame crusted tofu version and don't let anyone tell you its too cold to eat salad! I have my housemade sweet and sour pork or tofu balls: no tomato sauce, real tang from fresh pineapple and the red hue from annato seed (no fake colour) and no glug.
