You probably know where to find the obvious sugar loaded products… but it’s the everyday products that are easier to overlook.

Sugar alone doesn’t determine whether a food product is good or bad, and in fact small amounts of sugar is good for you, sugar is a naturally occurring substance after all.

But the amount you consume can determine some pretty serious outcomes.

Everything in moderation. But it becomes difficult when sugar is sneaked into what feels like everything…

In way they tear, break, look, feel, fold etc.

Texture isn’t a measure of whether a food is ‘healthy’, but it can often be a clue to how it was grown, processed, or formulated.

This series isn’t about judging food by appearance, rather it highlights the concept of slowing down and noticing the details we’ve been taught to overlook.

Our first farmers market!!!

That was so much fun, and thank you to everyone who came down and supported us, it truely does take a village. 🤍
