Since we opened our first discreet stall at Perth Home Grown Market in Perth in March, 2017 – where the local community was banging down the tent demanding our signature freshly baked warm, buttery croissants and snails, Sugar Bee’s 7 Perth' stalls now bake around 450 Cinnamon scrolls on a single Saturday. We also supply our scrumptious fare to some of the best cafes across the city.

Well.... that was one HELLOVA SATURDAY! 👀😅

We rolled in this morning with trailers absolutely PACKED to the roof with fresh pastries…

…and you lot said not on our watch!😂🙅🏽

Cold weather? Pfffft. 🥶
You rugged up, showed up, grabbed your sugar fix and helped us turn THIS ⬅️ into THIS ➡️

✨ SOLD. OUT. ✨

Honestly, we’re so bloody grateful. Every early alarm, late-night bake, tray stacked into the trailer and frozen finger at the stall feels very worth it when you guys turn up for us like this. 🥹🐝💛

And because apparently we enjoy living life on hard mode… WE’RE DOING IT ALL AGAIN TOMORROW. 😂🔥

The ovens are firing back up, the trays are filling and Team Sugar Bee is getting ready for another BIG one.

The bad news first: our very first Subi Night Market was meant to be tomorrow, but Mother Nature has apparently declined the invitation. 💅🌧️

Due to the forecast bad weather, Subi Night Market has been cancelled — so sadly, no after-dark Sugar Bee debut in Subi for us just yet💔

BUT before all you creatures of the night retreat dramatically back into the shadows… your Saturday night sugar fix is still VERY much alive 🕺🍩✨

That’s SIX glorious hours of pastries after dark. Donuts under moonlight. Cronuts past bedtime. Cookies when respectable people are apparently eating dinner.

Best selling pastry this weekend? This guy! ⬆️

Usually after a big weekend, we manage to make it home with a couple of sneaky treats for ourselves… quality control, obviously. Very important business. 👀

But apparently you guys had other plans.

You LOVED these so much that there was barely a crumb left for us. Flakey cronut layers, pistachio goodness, chocolate on top — honestly, we can’t even be mad about it.

So if you were one of the people responsible for clearing us out this weekend: we see you. 😂 And if you missed out… consider this your warning for next time.

The Dubai Choc Cronut is quickly becoming a bit of a Sugar Bee favourite. 💚🐝
