WAIT WHAT? ‼️‼️‼️‼️

We know… air-fried ricotta gnocchi sounds wrong.

Until you try it!

What you need:
500gr of La Bottega Della Pasta ricotta gnocchi
200mls of double cream (very important for consistency)
50gr grated parmesan cheese

Here is how:

Air fried ricotta gnocchi:
Place frozen ricotta gnocchi into air frier and slightly spray with oil cook @200 degrees for 10minutes.

Parmesan cream: simmer slowly for 5 minutes thickened cream, place into a container and let it cool down till just warm.
Add the parmesan cheese and whisk till smooth.
Place in the fridge till cold.
