We didn’t even know we had been nominated, so receiving a call today to tell us that The Fruit Corner is a Finalist in the Perth Local Business Awards was such an incredible and emotional surprise! 🥹❤️

We are feeling so excited, incredibly honoured and truly grateful to be recognised.

What started as our small family fruit and veggie orchard has grown into something so much bigger than we ever imagined. 🌱🍊

And while we may be a family business, we know that The Fruit Corner has become a family of its own — our Orchard Family. ❤️

Our Orchard Family is made up of so many wonderful people from all walks of life, cultures, backgrounds and communities. We feel incredibly lucky to welcome such a beautifully diverse mix of visitors and customers through our doors every weekend. 🌏🍎

To every person who comes to see us, whether you’ve been visiting for years or have only recently discovered our little corner of Pickering Brook — thank you. Thank you for your smiles, your conversations, your stories, your support and for continuing to choose our family business. 🥰

You are the reason we get to do what we love.

And just like that… Fruit & Vegetable Season 2026 is officially DONE! 🎬🙌
Wow… what a season it was! Full of challenges, disappointments, surprises, muddy shoes 😂 and, of course, plenty of SUCCESS! 😁🌶️

A HUGE thank you to our Fruit Corner Family for all your ongoing support, patience, understanding and for sharing your picking adventures with us. 🥰 We are truly humbled by the incredible support you continue to show our little fruit & veg orchard. 🙏❤️
It’s always such a pleasure seeing our regular families return, welcoming new faces and watching everyone enjoy picking their own fresh fruit & veggies. 🍎🍊🥒👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

For now… we’re hanging up the picking baskets and our muddy shoes 🥾
We are now CLOSED until December.
BUT… 👀🍊
Mandarin Picking was a success and will be making their grand return in season 2027 🎉

Fingers crossed 🤞🍒 we finally get that cherry crop this year! Our Cherry Picking Wait List 2026 is FULLY BOOKED OUT, so if Mother Nature decides to cooperate and we get a cherry crop, we’ll be contacting everyone who has been waiting ever so patiently to get you booked in. 🍒❤️

Until then… rest those picking muscles, dust off your gumboots and we’ll see you for the next season 2027! 😜
