I’m finally doing it — launching my own home‑based baking business with Primal Alternative, right here in my newly registered commercial kitchen in Gympie.
More beautiful grain‑free, gluten‑free, and real‑food options are coming as I grow… but today, we start with a favourite.

Pumpkin Loaf — Gut‑Friendly Goodness

Soft, nourishing, and absolutely delicious — this loaf is everything you want in a wholesome bake.

Wheat free

Locally made in small batches

Ingredients: almond meal, pumpkin, free‑range eggs, tapioca, pumpkin seeds, organic apple cider vinegar, bicarbonate of soda, sea salt

Shelf life: 14 days refrigerated; slice & freeze for up to 3 months

Perfect toasted with butter, topped with nut butter, or enjoyed just as it is — warm, soft, and nourishing.
