After more than 50 years in the meat industry, and with Ashton’s Butchery just six months shy of celebrating 50 years in business, the time has come for Rob to hang up the knives.
This is a milestone that comes with a mix of pride, gratitude and a few emotions, especially when writing this out.
From the day Ashton’s Butchery first opened its doors in 1977, our family has been privileged to serve the Pittsworth community and surrounding district. Over the decades we’ve celebrated milestones with you, supplied countless family dinners, barbecues and special occasions, and built friendships that have meant far more than simply being your local butcher.
To our loyal customers – thank you. Your support over nearly five decades has allowed our family business to grow and thrive, and we will always be incredibly grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us.
We’d also like to sincerely thank our wonderful staff, past and present, whose hard work, loyalty and dedication have helped make Ashton’s Butchery what it is today.
We are pleased to announce that we have officially handed the reins over to new owners, and we wish them every success as they begin this exciting new chapter. We know you’ll continue to support them as generously as you’ve supported us over the years.
And don’t worry – this isn’t quite the last you’ll see of Rob! He’ll still be popping into the shop from time to time, lending a hand during the transition and helping ensure the quality products and friendly service that Ashton’s has always been known for continue well into the future.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for allowing our family to be part of yours for almost 50 years. It has truly been an honour.
