Hastings oyster season has wrapped up for now, but if you’re still in the mood for oysters (and why wouldn't you be), Pacifics are here to keep the briny goodness going.

Chef Brenton and Kath with another absolute standout. 👏

This time it’s blue eye marinated with chilli, garlic, ginger, lime, and turmeric, wrapped in banana leaf and served with fluffy basmati rice, Thai basil, and a sprinkling of fresh red chilli. Big flavour, simple presentation, and a perfect example of how good seafood can be when you let quality ingredients do the talking.
