Where it all started

In 2015, we were given the opportunity of a lifetime to own our very own business. Although at first it was very scary as everything was on the line, we bit the bullet and haven't looked back. Two years later in 2017 we purchased our 2nd shop being Coppys Butcher Block Port Macquarie.

With Tim being born and raised in Wauchope, and completing his apprenticeship in Wauchope it was a given that one day he would return to working in Wauchope as well. Tim managed local butcher shops in Laurieton and also Port Macquarie for 12 years and has learnt from some of the best in the business.

At Coppy’s Butcher Block we aim to provide our customers with fresh local meat and great quality service. Our beef is sourced from as close as Bellangry while our pigs are sourced from Bingarra and Kempsey and Lambs from Cowra and are all delivered on a regular basis (up to 3 times per week) to each store. This means that you can be assured that what you purchase from our stores is only the freshest quality.
