CLOSED FOR MAY DAY – MONDAY 5TH MAY

Even the veggies are putting their feet up… the bananas are going on strike (no split shifts today), and the potatoes? Proper couch spuds for the day.

We’ll be CLOSED on Monday 5th May for May Day. Up here in the Territory, we stick with the old-school name, but it’s all about the same thing… recognising the hard yakka of workers and the long fight for fair working conditions, going all the way back to the push for the 8-hour workday.

So we’re taking a leaf out of that book and giving our crew a well-earned breather.

Back to business as usual Tuesday, a truck load of fresh produce, stocked, and ready to go.

Our local growers have been stuck on the sidelines with all that relentless wet, but they’re back out there now, pulling up local fresh turmeric.
