We've been counting down the days for the arrival of this extraordinary, award-winning cheese. Made in Moyarra by Prom Country Cheese from organically certified milk from their mixed Jersey and Ayrshire herd, Inverloch Blue is a velvety, creamy blue with a smooth, sweet finish. It’s matured for three months and wrapped in Fumé Blanc–steeped vine leaves from the neighbouring winery. The silky texture melts on the tongue, revealing rich savory notes with a whisper of fruit and spice and a gentle tang from the vine leaves. This small-batch beauty took home Super Gold and Best Australian Cheese at last year’s World Cheese Awards, plus Grand Champion at the Australian Grand Dairy Awards. It’s here for a short time — and we love sharing Inverloch Blue with you.
