It's good for you and it tastes great. Totally Tempeh is a small business in Brisbane, producing artisan tempeh. We supply specialist stores and restaurants, as well as selling directly to the public. Our tempeh is hand made in small batches, using locally grown, non-GM and organic soybeans. Thanks for all your orders- I’ve made the batch and it’ll be finished incubating late tonight, ready for pick up on a first-in basis.

I’ve planned a second batch for next week so no one will miss out. Those who can get here this week, please let me know. Tuesday and Wednesday are good.

Fresh tempeh available today and tomorrow (organic). If you’ve been a guest at my place, you’ve probably been greeted and smooched by Roger, my beautiful old ginger Manx. Sadly she is no longer with us, having succumbed to the ravages of old age at 15. We are very sad!
