Buyers: Ensure you bring cash & a box for stock purchases

Buyers remember to bring along your box/crate/cage- Boxes will also be for sale at the gate for $5 ea (cash only).
Sellers will not release stock if you do not have a safe and secure way to transport your animals.
If you are purchasing small chicks, you must ensure they have correct heating.
Please observe event entry terms and conditions at the gate.

Gates open at 8:30am for buyers/general public.
(Gates open at 6:30am for SELLERS ONLY)
Event finishes when stock is sold out, or 11am- whichever comes first.
$5 entry for adults, children under 12- Free.
EFTPOS is available at the gate for entry fees however correct cash is faster to process.
A small amount of boxes will be available to purchase at the gate
Eats & Drinks:
Sam’s Sangas & Kelsey’s Koffees will be on site with food & drink for purchase (Cash & EFTPOS available)
St Brendan's College, Yeppoon will also hold a sausage sizzle to raise funds for their school chicken breeding program. (Cash only)
