Well… this got a little out of hand 😂🥩

Maria absolutely went to town on this batch — made it, chopped it, did the lot…
I was there supervising of course (very important role 😏👍)

Now we’ve ended up with a mountain of biltong and there’s no way we’re eating all this ourselves…
(or at least not without serious consequences 😂)

So here’s the deal:

👉 FREE to family, friends & followers
👉 The only cost… is you’ve gotta come post yourself at our place 😂

⚠️ Limited numbers — this was our first ever big batch, so once it’s gone, it’s gone

Quick update legends 👇

Production is currently paused as our previous licensed commercial kitchen is no longer available.

We’re in the process of setting up with a new licensed kitchen and will be back up and running properly once everything is approved.

In the meantime we’ve been doing small personal test batches, and the feedback from family and friends has been unreal — even had some make it over to the Philippines and get the tick of approval over there too 🇵🇭🔥

Really appreciate everyone’s patience and support — can’t wait to get this going properly and see you all at the Rockingham markets soon 🙌

A big thank you to Bucky for the biltong box we were kindly given a few months ago.

Due to my recent shoulder injury and time away from normal production, it’s been sitting unused — but Maria and I have decided to trial a small batch of traditional biltong at home using a recipe shared by a colleague.

This is purely a personal test batch, made at home, and will not be sold.

Our commercial kitchen operations remain paused while I focus on recovery and rehabilitation. We’ll provide updates once we’re cleared to resume normal production.

Well… after about 100 people telling us to “get on Facebook already” 😂
We’ve finally come online!

First off, a massive THANK YOU to our family and friends for all the help while I’m recovering. Without you we honestly would’ve had to shut down for a bit — so we’re beyond grateful ❤️

We’ve had to scale back production slightly for now, and all current orders are being delivered by some absolute champions helping us out in Port Hedland and Karratha — you know who you are 🙌

We still have some 200g Pinoy BBQ and 200g Pinoy BBQ Chilli available right now 🔥
(Perfect for work snacks, road trips, fishing trips… or just smashing the whole bag in one go 😏)
