Chicken breast fillets done in 2 different rubs. "Wing & Rib Rub" & "Feathered Friends".
Served up with a garden salad of lettuce, tomato, shaved fennel, capsicum, cucumber, red onion & walnuts, dressed with "Sweet Cheeks" (chilli/mango & lime sauce).
