Craving a nutritious snack to satisfy your sweet tooth? Our take on the viral date bark will be your new snack obsession - featuring seriously delicious layers of dates, pistachio spread, raspberry chia and dark chocolate, topped with our Sunsol Chunky Nut Wholegrain Granola!

Check out the recipe below:
You’ll need:
- 16 fresh medjool dates, pitted
- 1/3 cup pistachio spread
- 125g raspberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 200g dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup Sunsol Chunky Nut Wholegrain Granola

Method:
1. Slice and pitt medjool dates, arrange facing down on sheet of baking paper. Cover with more baking paper and use a rolling pin (or your fingers) to flatten into a thin, even layer.
2. Cover with pistachio spread.
3. Place raspberries on a plate, use a fork to crush into pulp. Add chia seeds and mix in. Spread over pistachio spread.
4. Melt dark chocolate in microwave in 30 second bursts, spread over raspberry chia mixture.
5. Working quickly, top with Sunsol Chunky Nut Wholegrain Granola, gently pressing into melted chocolate. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
6. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Looking for a delicious AND nutritious snack to get you through that 3pm slump? Try these easy Apple, Cinnamon & Apricot Bites using our Sunsol Apple & Cinnamon Low Sugar Toasted Muesli! A source of fibre, they’ll leave you feeling satisfied!
Here’s how to make them (thanks to the for the recipe!).
You’ll need:
- 2 cups Sunsol Apple & Cinnamon Low Sugar Toasted Muesli
- 1 cup dried apricots
- 1/4 cup honey
- 60g butter, melted
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut

Method
1. Place all ingredients except shredded coconut in a food processor. Process for 2 to 3 minutes or until well combined (for smaller processors, you may need to blitz after adding individual ingredients).
2. Place coconut in a shallow dish. Roll tablespoons of muesli mixture into balls. Coat balls in coconut. Set aside to cool for 15 minutes before serving.

Try this easy high protein, high fibre overnight oats recipe.

Ingredients:
• ½ cup Diced strawberries
• ½ cup Sunsol Low Sugar Natural Muesli
• ½ tbsp chia seeds
• ½ cup milk
• ¼ cup Greek yoghurt
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• ½ tsp vanilla extract

Method:
1. Combine strawberries, milk, yoghurt, vanilla extract and honey in a food processor until smooth.
2. In a mason jar combine Sunsol Muesli and chia seeds, mix well.
3. Add in strawberry mixture, stir well and store in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight
4. Add your favourite toppings and enjoy

Makes 6-8 cookies 🥣
Ingredients:
• 1 banana
• 2 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 tbsp honey
• ½ cup Sunsol Low Sugar Natural Muesli
• ¼ cup mixed nuts
• ¼ cup dried cherries (optional)
• ¼ cup mixed seeds (flax, sunflower, pumpkin)
• Dark chocolate chips (optional)
Bake at 170°C for 15–20 minutes.

Looking for a snack that’s easy to make, a source of protein, a good source of fibre, and a source of healthy fats? These no-bake muesli bars have you covered.

How to make these (makes 12):
Ingredients:
- 3 cups Sunsol Toasted Muesli - almond, honey and dark chocolate
- 3/4 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil

Method:
1. Add peanut butter, maple syrup and coconut oil to a small saucepan. Heat slowly until boiling, then simmer for 1-2 mins (stirring throughout). Allow to cool for 5 minutes

2. Prepare a slice tin (approx 20cm square) with baking paper. Set aside

3. Add muesli to a mixing bowl, and combine peanut butter, maple syrup and coconut oil mixture. Stir well and pour mixture into lined tin. Set in fridge for 2+ hours, then cut into desired bar shape. Store in an air-tight container in the pantry.

Perfect for lunchboxes, afternoon pick‑me‑ups, or anytime you need a delicious bite.

How to make:
1 ripe banana
- ½ cup frozen mixed berries
- ¼ cup greek style yoghurt
- Fruit to serve
- ¼ cup (30g) Sunsol Wholegrain Granola – Almond and Super Berry

1. Place banana, raspberries and yoghurt in a food processor. Process until smooth.
2 Pour into serving bowl and top with fruit of choice. Sprinkle with Sunsol Granola.
